MPPT sizing calculator oversizing

The new web based MPPT sizing calculator has a fixed oversizing level of 130%, and only shows one product. It does not allow one to select a larger MPPT.

Please add an option to select the oversizing level. This will allow one to select a larger MPPT for sunny installations.

There is a comment at the end of another thread noting that oversizing will be improved and 130% is a quick fix at the moment.
