MPPT MODE with keep batteries full selected

When “Keep Batteries Full” is selected and there is a load the MPPT controller often goes to 0 MPPT OFF or 1 MPPT THROTTLED modes and supplies the power from the grid rather than from the PV panels. Anyone have any idea why?

If the SOC is near 100%, and I see it is, the BMS is not requesting so much from DC bus and therefore there is no need for MPPT to go to full mode from the beginning, to avoid overshots on voltage and current if the load stops suddenly.
If the situation stabilize, then, depending on load, the MPPT could remain on limited mode or switch to full mode.
It’s normal behavior…

Seems a waste of PV energy!
