Mppt does not feed battery

Hello everyone,
We are currently in Southern Italy and experiencing an issue with the power supply. It seems that the additional solar panels as well as the external solar module are not feeding the generated energy into the battery as expected. I have two MPPT 75/15 with solar panels, but they are not delivering the generated power to the battery. Additionally, we have a Victron MultiPlus, Cerbo GX, VE.Bus V2, Empire Bus Connect 50, and Victron BatteryProtect 12/24-65.

Does anyone have an idea what could be causing this or how we can fix the problem? Are there specific settings or checks we should perform?

Thank you for any advice!

If this is a new installation check the cables from the MPPT controller it’s easy to get them wrong. Also check the fuse under the MPPT controller it will have blown if the cabling is wrong.

Where is this? Going to load only or inbween other components?

It was working im the past, so cables should be in the write place….

I can see the load 220WH in the victron app but the batteries are not loading
