MPPT 250/85 not working

2x MPPT 250/85 faulted.

New Li battery over charge by MPPT, it’s BMS disconnect 48 to protect battery. First sunny day this year.

Now both MPPT have 0,2ohm on pv input, pull 3.9A 0,7v off pv array, but MPPT unit remains off, pv array working ok 204v when open circuit.

MPPT never failed on old FLA battery, but Li BMS bit clever, would the battery disconnect damage MPPT ? Suspect these 2 MPPT monitor BMV702 still on CCGX as SOC, just kept going. The 3rd MPPT 150/60 still working.

Can MPPT be fixed?

A battery disconnect would not normally break an MPPT.

If you have worked through the pre RMA tests still not solved the issue, then it is time to send them in to a service and repair centre.

Sounds like the PV input spiked above 245V and the internal PV shortcircuiting relay triggered. Do you have error 38 or 39?

Thebapp should definitely have an error message.

Try to reset the Over_Voltage Relay
