I completely understand what you mean, and I personally would like that too. However, I also understand the approach of keeping the settings to a minimum. There are many threads and examples here in the forum alone where people are having problems with the current configurations. See above… charging and discharging power. And that’s not meant as a criticism; not everyone is a tech enthusiast who delves so deeply into their system.

That’s about the max yes, efficiency for only charging will be approx 89% then.
But the configured 12kW is definitely too high.
In Trade mode it will try to reach those max numbers you configured, resulting in lowered efficiency.
In green mode this is heavily influenced by available solar and consumption
Was that a question? In the short term and as a peak load, I think so. But for the long term and average load, I can’t say; you’ll have to observe it for a while. As explained above, it doesn’t just depend on the MP2, but on many factors. Observe it and adjust accordingly. You’ll see if the schedules become more realistic.
You won’t find a setting that works perfectly in every situation. If the battery is nearly full, the charging power won’t reach its maximum. Over a longer period or in high ambient temperatures, the temperature inside the MP2 will rise, which also reduces the power output. This applies to numerous other factors related to the battery. The last decimal place isn’t the deciding factor either. Whether I actually achieve 12 kW, 10.5 kW, or only 7 kW depends on how accurately the charging schedules are implemented.
Perhaps something else to give you a better sense of scale. According to the datasheet, my system could achieve a maximum charging power of 7.2 kW. After several tests and 1-2 years of observation, 5.5 kW has proven to be a more realistic setting.
