Missing data in VRM after network outage

Hi all, my house suffered a network outage for 5 days: during this time, my cerbo collected about 7700 records, which were (I presume) pushed to VRM once the network connection resumed. In the portal, though, I cannot see the data points for the days I was offline. Will the data appear at a later date or is it lost forever?

This should reappear in due course. The Cerbo will send that data through slowly.

I have a similar situation, where the old data still haven’t appeared on the VRM. I also fail to understand what “-500 stored records” means
