Make limits on community posts transparent

Hello mods,

Can you post an easily accessible document of all limits on community posts? Sorry if I missed it.

For example, I crafted a reply only to discover, too late, that I’m not allowed to post more than 3 replies to a topic. If I had known in advance, I would have put all my replies in one post, much as that is not user friendly to most people.

Previously, I needed to post many screenshots but my post was blocked. Eventually, it was allowed after I reached out to a mod.

For the most part, the site uses the default “Trust level permissions” for discourse,

This forms quite a byzantine matrix that seems to be documented here;

The restrictions for each account is based on their individual trust level, which advances the more active the user is on the site.

I think in any case I have overwritten the default trust level permissions, they are more permissive and less restrictive than the default.
