I have a 16 battery bank - with 7 new batteries of which everything is balanced except for three (3) new batteries which show “unknown”. Off Grid - 20 Kw generator - Smart BMS500, Quattro (2) 10Kw. It have had it in absorption for 18 hours, then I put a load and brought it to 70% SOC (all similar cell voltages across all batteries) charged back up and have left it in absorption for 18 hours. Still can’t get unknown batteries higher than 26.64 volts. System now showing Idle. Need a way to get the system to self-heal and get the unknown batteries higher - any ideas?
