Ip65 24v13a seems to be stucked in storage mode what to do and what would the update bring?

Hi every body i have a custom setting for mk gr 24 gel batteries. ip65 13a blue smart charger

I expect it to go in bulk charge to start but instead it is on storage and stays there only charging at 2.5 amp. why?

Im trying to charge old gel batteries that have been left uncharged for couple of months

I see a notice in top that says an update is available that i did not update ? could that be the cause?

WHat does the update brings that is different from previous version ? thanks

@ahuman If you create a free account on Victron Professional you will find the change logs for Victron products under the firmware section. I suspect having left the batteries uncharged for too long may have resulted in damage. What is the resting voltage of the battery?
