I have an IP65 15amps Victron charger. I have two 100 amp hr lithium batteries in parallel. If I’m reading the information in the manual correctly this will charge up to max capacity of 240 amp hrs. Any issues charging my batteries with this charger?
I’d check the battery manufacturer’s manual for minimum charge rate. My only concern is whether the battery will have sufficient time to balance the cells with such a low charge rate. This is highly dependent on the balancing current of your BMS and at what cell voltage balancing begins. Most quality batteries will publish a min or standard charging current.
Less than 10% of capacity is a very very low charging rate for lithium… Without knowing the BMS spec for charge current, I’d be looking at a 30 to 60 Amps charger.
It will take about 13 hours when they are flat. Charge to 14.2 14.4V using the lithium CC charge profile in the presets. Absorption for an hour or 2.
