IP43 12/30 & Victron App History wrong

I have an IP43 12/30 installed, configured to charge LiFePo4 150A from 220/240V supply.

All functions fine, but I simply don’t get the Victron App display of what the unit is up to!

  1. There’s no date in ‘History’;
  2. The ‘Active cycle’ always shows ‘Completed’, and 2.0h - even if actually still active (closed) and delivering charge!

I have reset History, reinstalled app, still the same numbers.

Any ideas here abput how to see the real stats?

I have a Victron IP65 12/5 battery charger and would also like the charging date to be noted and added to each cycle in the History tab. It is interesting to see, among other things, to assess how quickly the battery self-discharges. Victron; Is it possible to add this feature to the app?
