Subject: Venus OS on x86 (N100) — official image or community build?
Hi all — I’m working on a high‑speed D‑Bus logger on Venus OS that streams Victron data into VictoriaMetrics (event‑driven, sub‑second updates) with Grafana on the same box. I’m planning to run it on an N100 x86 system.
I’ve been using Node‑RED → MQTT → Telegraf so far, but I’m trying to build something more robust and lower‑latency with multiple input streams and local storage.
Has anyone successfully installed Venus OS on x86? Is there an official build/image available, or has someone compiled one themselves? I don’t currently have access to the private Victron repos, so I’m looking for guidance or community experience.
