I need a reliable temp sensor for my battery bay. I have three lugged sensors currently, one off the lynx shunt which has been the most reliable and two through my Cerbo gx reading battery case temps.
I can never get a proper reading with the two of the gx device. I found and ordered the VE.CAN-Bus Temperature Sensor but I can’t find any documentation on it. Is it as straight forward as it seems?
Thank you Mike. I am looking for real world/product feedback. Right now my battery bay heating system is working fine off the lynx shunt temp probe shared through the canbus system. The other two went open circuit on me and I haven’t been able to get them back up. Is it just an overpriced temp sensor or worth while.
Ps. I had every asterix and obelix novel growing up. Brought back memories seeing your avatar.
Honestly I was worried it would go out like the other two. I’ll get to the bottom of them not working hopefully it’s not a bad gx device. Eventually I might get the canbus temp sensor for redundancy. Thanks for the input.
