I have just recently upgraded my Cerbo GX to the New Ekrano, I am trying to connect my Temperature probes to the Temp input but i am not getting any readings - I have used the same probes with the Cerbo GX previously and it worked -but then it stopped -so i was wondering if it is not related to a firmware upgrade - any ideas - I have searched on the forums but did not find any topics
Please confirm exactly which temperature sensor you are using, as they both look identical (victron original ones) but one works and one doesnt.
I am using temp sensor with no problems. Also a photo of the back of the ekrano would help confirm wiring for you.
You may want to censor those product ID stickers on the last photo

Connection is correct.
Can you look at this page and then say which sensor you have? Did you reuse one that came with some other victron kit or buy it specifically?
I am using ASS000001000 with Ekrano using latest v3.73 firmware and new ui.
Is your device showing in devices page? If so can you see what the sensor voltage is giving? or do you see nothing at all?
Mine is configured like this (the name is what I typed for my own ref.):
Make sure sensor is turned on:
A couple of things to try:
1: Reboot the ekrano without the sensor.
2: Connect sensor
3: Reboot again
A: measure the resistance across the sensor terminals. I can measure mine to see if similar.
i: Try to swap the connections
ii: try the second sensor port on the ekrano
You may have tried some or all of these already.

Good morning, I have tested the sensor 12.5k each the ferrules is deep in and you really have to push the orange points hard to get them out. I follow do the recommendation now to reboot system to see if it work. every thing else work, my water sensors gx140 i have 2 units all work well -i moved to Beta 3,80 to see if that did not resolve the issue, will rollback to official release

I wonder why you are seeing a sensor voltage.
If you warm up the sensor (hold it in hand or touch to side of your coffee) or cool it down with an ice cube is that voltage changing? If it is then I would suspect a software bug.
Also how can it report Open Circuit but be showing a voltage?
I have downgrade firmware to official release, removed sensors, rebooted , put them back and rebooted again still no joy? I got a new Cerbo that i will quickly setup and test the probes to see if they are working
Still not working -i going to my supplier and get one from them to test it, they say you get a Type C?
AFAIK the sensor used is an LM335, so it will output 10mV/°K, or about 3V at room temperature. But it requires a bias current to work, so you can not test it with a mutlimeter alone.
The 4.32V shown in the screenshot translates to 432°K or about 158°C, which is at the higher end of the sensors capability.
