How to monitor individual lead-acid cell voltages?

We have a number of lead-acid cells that we want to monitor individually on a Cerbo GX. (The main objective is to identify cells that are prematurely starting to lose capacity.)

Most of our batteries consist of 6 individual VRLA Gel lead-acid cells, typically in the 400 to 2000Ah range. (Some batteries have 12 or 24 cells, but our current focus is on the 12V batteries.)

We’d like to bring the individual cell voltage readings into Node-RED on the Cerbo GX.

Has anyone set up something similar or can suggest a reliable device (voltage sensor or BMS) to monitor each cell and get the data into Node-RED on the Cerbo?

Thanks

Voltage won’t work and neither will a BMS (other than seeing if maybe there is a weak cell or a cell of different resistance.)

Most likely a shunt measurement would be the way for capacity anyway. Since for capacity you need AH.

Yes, we’re trying to identify weak cells. Currently, we have a Victron SmartShunt monitoring current, and a set of load banks controlled via Node-RED. Right now, the individual cell voltages still need to be measured and recorded manually.
Was thinking that something like the Batrium BMS could possibly automate the cell voltage measurement.
