How to fix an infinite power cycling loop?

Using Remote switch causes Phoenix to power on and off in an infinite loop. This seems like a bug that could damage the equipment.
System: Cerbo GX connected to Phoenix 24/3000.
Scenario:
(1) Three “switches”: (a) Remote wired to Phoenix’s terminal block “H” (Appendix A). (b) Panel switch on Phoenix front panel. (c) Cerbo’s “Virtual switch” in Remote Console.
(2) All three in the “on” position
(3) Turn Remote off
(4) Phoenix goes into an infinite loop: power off, then on, then off, on, off … forever (assume)
This could damage the equipment.
When the Cerbo is not in the system, if the Front panel switch is on, the Remote can be used to turn the Phoenix on/off.
When the Remote is not in the system, and the Cerbo is, then the Front panel switch can be used to turn the Phoenix on/off.
Seems like a bug that when they are both in the system, the behaviour of the Remote has been broken.
Is it possible for me to fix it? I do not want to be forced to use Remote Console to turn the Phoenix on/off.
If I put a Remote onto the Skylla-i will it also be “broken”?
