Hello guys?, does anyone know what that C12 component is?, mine is missing

“C” is generally refering to a capacitor. Capacitors are used to stabilize voltage, they are super quickly reacting tiny batteries so to say.

There are some remainings visible, which could mean it just blew up. Elektrolyt Capacitors do that occasionally due to wrong polarity. Did you at some point swap +/- by accident?

The capacitor has left the chat.
What victron piece is that? Kinda helps to know…

Hi Zyvlore, welcome to the Victron forum.

C on a pcb means capacitor, so that used to be there.

A capacitor can be different values in Fahrad(F) and suitable voor different voltages.
Next to that you have different types of capacitors, build from different materials.

In this case you need a Victron schematic of the hardware, to check what capacitor is used.
Otherwise you could contact Victron, and ask which capacitor this is.
If you tell us which type of Victron hardware your’e picture shows, maybe another forum user with the same type can check the capacitor type and value for you.

No I did not, it wasn’t me actually my nephew did all the damage, he even took the component with I don’t for what reason, now I am trying to really figure out the component that was there, it’s ratings and stuff

Okay thank you, it’s a 12/350 inverter.
