GX disconnect/reconnect = HV or OV power spike affect Pylon bats due to Pylon BMS malfunc

Blockquote

Warning, connection has been disconnected due to GX overload?

This warning appears to be caused by GX disconnect at 89% SOC, that appears to be caused by my wifi connection failure.
The problem is that at wifi auto reconnect, a power spike appears to get by my Pylon BMS causing battery OV and HV alarms.
Is this possible because I hear that many Pylon users suffer from similar Pylon BMS malfunction at this time, why doesn’t BMS prevent OV and HV spikes/access to batteries?

My battery logs clearly show these OV and HV events. One battery has 1500 OV events and another has 2500 HV events.

Oddly after having these two batteries disconnected for some time, I decided to reconnect the one with OV events, and after more than a week it appears to be operating OK… In my opinion!

Can anyone provide advice on facts around power spikes due to GX and wifi disconnect and are these OV and HV events critical for Battery longevity?

That means the GX has become too busy (Cpu overloaded) to offer a realtime connection.
Most often seen on systems with the large image and running additional software or unsupported modifications.
Some of the add-ons (Shelly) have been known to be a problem in certain configurations.
More likely on older (CCGX) systems, and often seen after the system has restarted for whatever reason.
If you have auto reboot enabled on connection lost, it may just mean you have internet issues and you’re seeing this every time it has rebooted itself.
