GSM GX LTE 4G - IoT Sim provider in Australia

I am looking at installing a GX LTE 4G modem on my boat, so my Cerbo can talk to me. Does anyone have recommendations for a IoT sim provider that will work for me in Australia?

I am confused about this. There seems to be a range of different bands that devices use and SIM suppliers specify which bands their sims can connect to.

Victron specs for the local version, GX LTe 4G-SA specify 4G Cat 1.

I am interested in SIM from 1nce com. I understand that 1nce operates in Australia on Telstra’s LTE-M and NB-IoT. Is this compatible?
