Grid voltage lower than MP II default voltage

I have an off-grid system (MPII 5K with 10Kw lihitum battery) in a mountain house without grid access.

Most probably i will have grid access in the near future. As the house is far from grid connection, there will be loses in the line and the voltage at the end of the line ion my house will be lower than the estandard one. Around 200V instead of the 230V standard voltage.

I amb planning to use the grid only as a backup or in high load demand cases.

My doubts are related with the diference of voltage that the MPII will provide (230V) and the grip voltage (200V).

  • Can MPII and grid coexist in this situation?
  • What if MPII is the power source and my appliance are running with 230V and suddenly the grid is required as a backup and voltage decrease suddenly to 200V?
  • Is there any way to increase voltage grip from 200V to 230V or the voltage grid will always condition/force the MPII voltage?
  • How the appliances can be affected by the lower voltage when grid is the source?

Thanks

Yes the MPII and grid should be fine, there really is no simple way to increase the voltage you see at your power grip but the multiplus should adjust to this lower voltage. Most modern appliances should be fine, with some tolerance for voltage variation, but check what they are before prolonged usage directly from the grid to prevent wear/instability.
