Hi All,
I’m trying to reboot our equipment’s via the relay 1 on the Globallink 520. we usually reboot from here. however from last Friday, whenever we are trying to close the state of the relay, its not updating as per the requested value and just staying on the current value every time it updates. I’m regularly getting updates on the units but its just not updating. We have 70-80 units on the field and we randomly tried updating the status on few of them. It looks like same. We tried reaching out to our local suppliers. but they are unavailable due to Christmas Holiday. Can someone help? It’s fairly urgent for us.
We are having same problem. Did you find a solution.
Hey nah nothing. Due to holidays, no one is available
Hi Both,
We have seen your report, and are escalating it. Thanks.
Thanks Guy. Please let us know if you require any further details.
Can you please post the VRM URL
Same problem since December 19th.
Firmware beta 2.07~95.
Changing the relay status locally via victron connect is always possible.
So it looks like problem with VRM.
Same thing with me!
Database upgrade over the holidays caused it maybe?
You change it to open - and it stays closed (and it changes back to close in the menu)
Have same problem Northern Mn, everything worked great then just stoped updating request relay state change. Any new info?
Globallink quit updating relay request Dec 18th. I could not change any of the 3 options. Bluetooth enable/ disable. As if no remote commands are being sent to 520.
Any updates on the Global Link not updated relay
Hi, Apologies all around. No update really except to say that it is a known issue, and the team will fix it.
I’m having the same issue. I have always used beta autoupdate sw w/o issues. Problem started roughly same time as yours. Finally found this discussion and now waiting some news from developers. br Jukka
Correct the issue was related to a big platform update on VRM and is now fixed.
I confirm that the update via VRM mentioned above has started working.
VRM seems to work now. Field test (remote webasto) tomorrow. Thanks.
