Global Link 520 and Blue Smart IP22 Charger 12/30 (1) issues after loss of shore power

Hi,

I am using the following setup:

  • Global Link 520
  • Blue Smart IP22 Charger 12/30 (1)
  • SmartSolar Charger MPPT 75/15
  • Orion Smart 12V/12V-30A Buck-Boost Converter

All devices are located within a 50 cm radius.

The Global Link transmits all data reliably to the portal. However, when shore power is lost, the BSC stops sending data. That is to be expected. But even after reconnecting shore power, no data from the BSC reaches the portal. If you access the Global Link locally, you can see that the BSC is connected. Data transmission resumes after re-pairing the BSC within the Global Link—until shore power is interrupted again.

What can be done to ensure the BSC reliably sends data to the VRM portal even after a shore power interruption?

Thanks and regards

With the VictronConnect app, have you documented all settings and confirmed firmware is current in all devices?

Do you have all devices connected to the GL520 using Bluetooth, not a mix of VE.Direct cables and Bluetooth?

I forgot to mention its a good idea to record any settings before updating, if any updates are available.

I have connected every device via Bluetooth. Every Firmware ist Up to Date. What die you mean with the hint to the settings? Wich settings could trigger this behaviour?

Record your settings before making any changes.

If everything is up to date, I have no suggestions.

Ok thx, anyone else?
