I have a customer who has 2 Multiplus 24-3000 and now the generator start stop is not working. Worked fine for years and now that the batteries are end of life the generator runs constantly. We took out 4 of the worst batteries as a temporary fix but the generator continues to run. Nothing else can start the gen and it is on Auto not Manual. Seems like control relay might be stuck on or it’s something to do with the batteries.
