Generator Leg voltage for RV

I have a 50AMP service in the RV with a parallel Multiplus II 3000 12v inverter/chargers and 3ea EPOCH 460 batteries. I also have 2each WEN 4500i generators with using a parallet kit to operate/charge the batteries. However when using the generators it puts all the voltage on 1 leg and noce on the other, I am not getting any faults or indications that there is an issue with the system. From the picture the charger is allocating a large portion of power to charge the batteries along with 2 A/C’s. My question is 2 fold, is there a way to power the second leg and is this to much wattage on 1 leg dangerous?

Thank you

Greetings,

  1. A simple system schematic would be helpful here.
  2. Are the generators producing 220 single phase or 110 single phase when paralleled?
  3. 5400 watts is approximately 45 amps~ on a 110v to 120v system. A USA Multiplus II is rated at 50amps per input @60hz.
  4. When plugged into shore power do you show independent power draw across each of the 2 L1 and L2 inputs on your touch screen?
  5. More information would be helpful to facilitate answering your question.

Cheers!
