The system is 2 parallel (ganged)12v 3000 multis, 15 years old, ok till now. Recently they stopped using grid power (no amps), ‘mains on’ light off… volts and hz still displayed on diagnostics, but no latched AC thru power, no battery charge from multis. Cerbo ok, solar chargers ok etc. Config sys etc all paramaters correct.
Currently i have an alarm ‘GRID LOST’. AC DISCONNECTED
I figure a firmware reinstall may be warranted, but on the VICTRON CONNECT app the devices update list says error 1342 NOT UPDATABLE. I cant find manual down load firmware file to replace V125 i.e. non VRM compatible for upgrade.
NOTE
I did reconfigure using he 2 multis to operate as stand alone units but they both had the same error ie not utilising the available AC. If one or other of the MULTIs was defective the other one would have functioned, hence my thought that the mutual firmware was corrupt.
