Hello.
I have three (3) EM540 meters operating in a Victron system. One of them is assigned to the grid connection. The control functions and everything else, including the display (both on the panel and in the portal), are working fine. However, when I export data from the portal, the data for imported and exported kWh (1.8.0 and 2.8.0) is missing only for this particular meter (the EM540 Grid). All other values (current, voltage, phase angle, frequency, etc.) are present. The kWh readings for the other two meters are also recorded correctly.
I don’t understand why this is happening. Has anyone got any ideas?
