VRM software the export value (grid feed in) reads low

The values shown on live display look correct but on VRM software the “export to grid” values are low.
For example today we have generated and exported over 5 kwh but the Victron VRM software shows that we exported 1.3 kwh .
Any suggestions what may be the problem are welcome.

I have a Victron MultiPlus 48V 5000VA 70-100A - 230V with Venus GX and EM24 grid meter which shows correct export live readings.

In the installation data are looking at system overview or grid in the pulldown menu?

Hi
looking at system overview. I have uploaded image

In the pulldown menu set it to grid and see if this has the data you need.

Thank you for the reply.
Tried setting the pulldown menu to “Grid”, but still don’t see the “total export to grid” value

Thank you for the reply.
Set to grid, but still the total export to grid does not show

You seem to be missing a solar box. Do you have grid-tied solar instead of an MPPT or AC-coupled solar on the victron system? If you are charging from excess solar you wont see it as an export because in ESS the multi just pushes back on the grid and does not export anything.

I do have grid tie solar on the system but the multi has a em24 connected as a grid meter so the multi can see the export to the grid from the grid tie inverter.
Last year I had solar connected to the Victron system via the Venus GX but still back then the export readings were low.
You could be close on the problem maybe the multi only totals it’s connected devices and ignores external electric generation which if so is a shame because I wanted to know the total export which clearly shows on the live display hence the multi can see it.
The overview “To Grid” value surely should be total to Grid as the box showing From Gride is the total from Gride and reads correct.

Yeah, only the solar produced on the victron system will be in exports. I have a shelly this is my exports for the last 30 days you can see they are not the same. It only looks at solar the victron MPPT produced and exported.

Shelly Interesting I Have been looking at the home assistant which looks like either system may be the way forward thanks for your help very much appreciated.
