Unfortunately no, I did the rollback and also dis a factory reset using the SD card to hopefully get rid of any accumulated errors but the problem persists.
I posted in the other thread a bit more detail but I think it might be an age related power issue as I have now lost the ability to connect to 2 VE.direct devices at the same time. Grid meter intermittantly dissapearing from CCGX - #11 by NickJenkey
So I think we have similar symptoms but different cause maybe? The fact that the faults seem to be getting more frequent and that there are other comms issues happening make me think that there is some kind of creeping hardware failure.
I am going to replace the CCGX with a Cerbo or Ekrano (Not sure if I want the screen or not really) and also replace the 485 converter too as they are quite cheap and I can use the other one elsewhere less critical.
I just hope that the extra activity on your thread gets more input for you, I go to Victron training days occaisionally and will talk about this issue face to face with someone at some point and see if there is any other ideas.
