EVCS NS "low SoC" message - EV not charging from grid

Hi,

excuse me, I’m a noob… :slight_smile:

I recently installed a pretty simple system:
Grid, EVCS NS and a Cerbo GX.
Cerbo and EVCS are connected fine via modbus/TCP and I connected and calibrated the car.
Whenever I try to start charging, it says “low SoC”. What am I missing?
I read to try to disable GX communication, but I need the GX connected to have some sort of data logging in place to get the consumed energy paid from my company.

Thank you very much for your help in advance and whatever is needed, please ask and I’ll supply the missing information.

Backup battery emulation “enable” in the EVCS Dashboard under “GX Device”.
