Hi all, 3 fase system with on fase 1 a Multi RS for compensation. a EV charger installed, all newest firmware , the EV charger is only charging on 1P (fase 1) is this normal , never goes to 3 fase charge . Is this because of the only one Multi RS ? Please advise Gr Hans

The EVCS has no mechanism to “control” how many phases are used. IF the EVCS is connected to 3 phases IF the car is trying to charge 3 phased It will be a 3-phased charging. So, three things you can do: Make sure all 3 phases are connected to the EVCS properly. Make sure the Type2-Cable betwee…
