ESS on VRM, "Having trouble communicating" error

I tried to change my setting to Optimised without battery life on the VRM (both from my PC and Iphone) and get the error ) “Having trouble communicating.

On the GX it is showing Otimized without battery life, but I cannot set the battery percentage anywhere., but on the VRM it states exyetrnal control ?

The CX seems to regulate my battery at 32% when the the batteries are low, but I cannot set this.

Any ideas ?

Hi, Did a reboot on the VRM ans well as the Multiplus2 and this seems to have cleared up the error.
