Please i need a help on my system. I have a AC couple system; 6 x 10KVA Victron quattro three phase , two quattro per phase and 2 Fronius ECO 27Kw connected at the output of the Quattro’s, 2 x 450/200 RS MPPT AND i have 60kwh BYD Lithium batteries installed. I did ESS setting with SOC 70% on system and as it stands now the Grid input is taken over the loads while the batteries and PV productions is not producing to the loads. I need help to resolve this.
Thank You
This is a pretty large install for an internet diagnosis.
I am going to assume you have experince with three ohase and parrallel and you have the electrics and communication all sorted.

Is all firmware up to date. Includes GX, victron mppts, Victron inverters, Fronius mppts, and bmu and batteries?
-
Have you followed the BYD Victron page for programming? And sizing (seems a bit small on face value but i don’t know what modules you have there)?
-
Is the fronius communictating and are they in the correct positions in the GX? Do you have all the settings on the fronius correct for control?
-
Has the bmu been programmed and commissioned correctly?
GX, Victron MPPTs, BMU, Batteries and related connected devices are all updated with their latest firmware. except the Victron Quattro inverters which are not on their latest firmware version. but i will do the right away.
Also this is the ess settings uploaded
Are the fronius inverters recognised correctly in the system?
FYI need ro review the 0.7C value.
Dynamics on BYD is usually 47v. Its fine for now. It won’t be what is affecting poor pv production though.
I have found the problem. the grid metering was external meter instead of inverter/charger. Thank y’all for the inputs
