EM112 configured for generator not showing up in VRM device list

Hi All,

Has anyone come across this before.

I have another small battery storage system the is connected to my home on the AC-in side of my multiplus-II

Originally this was just seen in the VRM as a reduction in power consumption but I wanted to be able to track this accurately.

I added an extra EM112 to my setup and set this up as a generator.

The remote console can see the meter and log power from it correctly. The power output even shows on up the installation data.

The problem I have is it does not show up on either the dashboard display.

or in the device list

If I change it’s role to grid meter or AC meter it shows up in the device list.

Any ideas what I have done wrong?

Here are the settings in the console.

The AC input 2 seems to have auto populated.

We have the exact same problem here at a customer installation: EM24 (3p) set to Role “Generator”.
Does not show up in either Remote Console (GUIv2) Overview or VRM Overview, but Energy is counted as “Generator” in VRM (Green Bars).
How can we get the Generator-Meter to show up in the Remote Console?

What is also strange: In the Device List it is listed as “Not Connected”, but inside of the submenu it will show values as if it is connected just fine.

Are those Software Bugs or are we doing anything wrong?
