Easysolar II - GX has no LAN/WLAN

Hi,

I have an Easysolar II. The device works so far, but unfortunately the network interface is not working. Even a new installation of the GX device as described in the EasySolar-II GX product manual p.28+29 is not successful.

Several LAN cables and switches have been tried. Without success.

When the device is switched on, the LEDs on the LAN interface flash twice, then remain off. The minicomputer on the circuit board has a red LED, I cannot answer whether this is normal or not.

The solar charge controller and the inverter work. Unfortunately, the device cannot be used without the LAN interface or the network functionality, as it receives information from the LAN interface about how much power is currently being drawn from the grid.

What else can I do?

Bluetooth does not work either, only the charge controller is recognized.

Is there a possibility to buy the internal GX board anywhere?

No, as far is i know, victron does not supply parts

Is it a new or old inverter?
