Hello.

I have an easy solar 2 gx. I live in central portugal. I have purchased 4 x 550 watt panels however the max rated input is 2000w…

Can anyone advise aa to if there is a tolerance of an extra 10% as it is unlikely the panels will be always producling the max rated output.

No problem at all, as long as you respect the max voltage when connected in series and or parallel
