DSE 855 w/4620 remote shutdown

Hello, I have a DSE 855 with a DSE 4620. The DSE always on the Cerbo as expected but I am unable to start or stop the generator. We’re have installed the 4620 so it will detect a voltage loss in case we lose show power and run the generator but I am unable to shut it down remotely via Victron connect in case of an extended power outage. Deep Sea says the following:

As far as your modbus device not recognizing that the engine is running, I suspect they are monitoring oil pressure to determine if the engine is running. Without an oil sensor, they don’t see pressure. Your Crank Disconnect is set on Generator Frequency, so the controller also ignores oil pressure. My recommendation is to configure your modbus device to read Page 4 Offset, Oil Pressure, 16 bit unsigned. We transmit in kPa, 0 to 10000. They could also read Generator Frequency, Page 4 Offset 7, since that’s what the controller is using for Crank Disconnect.

Any ideas?

Thanks
