hope you can help me on finding some official documentation on what exactly happens when a 3-phase ESS system looses smart meter connectivity.
I need that documentation for my grid provider to show what the system does (as I would have enabled limit feed-in, it should go to passthrough and not feed in anything).

You cant really trust the control of the multiplus to do what you want. I have this node-red flow to check for 0 power on both phases and disable feedin. If the data is 0 the multiplus will feed as much as it can if you have a negative set point for the grid. A negative setpoint is the only way to get a $0 dollar bill otherwise you will get at least 0.5kwh a day with a 10-50W setpoint.
