Disable the news auto hide navigation bar in VRM (keep menu minimized permanently)

Can you make an option to disable the auto hide navigation bar that come recently ?

The “keep menu expanded” button on the bottom left (above language) does this, unless you mean something else.

I want to keep this menu minimized permanently.
