Dinamic ess and no gridmeter but whole house on ups

I have connected my whole house to the multiplus out (UPS side).
Only the L1 (grid in) is still connected to the grid of course.
I have PV connected on the multiplus ‘out’ side. (UPS side).
I send power to the grid when batteries are full.
I use ESS.
Question: i was looking at a victron seminars and the say’d i need a meter on the grid side when you switch to dynamic ESS.
But if i understand it all right, then in my configuration it is not needed, right?
Does anyone know?
Thanks

@Pieter
if you do not have connected anything on AC_in except the grid, though all PV inverters and all loads on AZ_out, than the internal power meter is enough and you do not need a separate grid meter.
Pls mind an VM-3P-75CT or an Em540 is much more precise. But you can add them later.

If your MP2 is net parallel , though loads/PV inverters on AC_in, than V you need a grid meter.
