Grey newbie here lol. I am installing a 100/30 mppt to a AGM dual battery with 200w solar panel. Seems simple enough. Question - at times I want to disconnect AGM and link panel to stand alone lithium battery top up when camping. Is it simple as disconnect panel and battery connect to lithium, wait then connect panel? Then reset battery parameters? TIA
Yes it should be simple as long as both batteries are the same voltage. You have the order wrong though. Your order will give you a brief window when the battery may be recharged with the wrong settings.
Disconnect panel, disconnect AGM battery, connect lithium battery, reset settings, connect panel.
If they are different voltages then you will have to manually reset the battery voltage, it will not auto redetect the new voltage.

Use battery disconnects for ease of use if you will be doing this often. One between the PV and controller and a dual battery switch between the controller and batteries. Then follow the same instructions from @pwfarnell
