We wanted to use the DESS to see how it would perform based on this simple high low Tariff system. Expecting it to shift Consumption to Low tariff as even when calculating for losses and wear it should save a decent amount. All PV now in November can/must be used for self consumption and is insufficient for the 24h demand.
At start the first day looked promising with a planned Grid to battery at 04:00 an consumption from Battery & PV during the high tariff time.
It was quit disappointing to see the next morning that no Battery charging had taken place and we were at 48% SOC using Gridpower for consumption during the high tariff period. This even though the Batt minimal SOC is defined at 10%.
Did we miss something in the settings?
