DESS sell pricing is hourly despite 15min setting

Hi,

with fixed buy pricing (day/night tariff) and dynamic sell pricing set to 15 min price change interval, the DESS pulls sales prices with 1 hour change interval.

The problem still exists. Tomorrow we have high 15min price peaks, and DESS obviously cannot optimally plan to sell during the peaks, since it incorrectly thinks I am on an hourly contract.
