DESS: Not showing correct fixed price hours

Barbara (Victron Staff) noted the below. This bug was resolved. But you will need to change your locations once more in order to store your timezone correctly. This solved the issue from my end.

True, it was a VRM bug that was live for about 2 weeks, where changing your location in settings didn’t store your timezone correctly. This was fixed some weeks ago, but your last change was probably in the period where it was bugging.
