Today my system changed target SOC because it was unable to discharge the battery to the original target SOC because there was an inverter power limit in place. The resulting target SOC is higher than the original SOC it was trying to discharge to, causing it to charge the batteries at a very high price after the hour changed. I also have a limit in place which prevents charging during day hours as DESS does still not support day/night rates in the calculation. But regardless its still charging the battery.
