Deep Sea 4520 MKII & DSE890 Gateway & RS-485

Just wanted to document how I got the new genset feature working using the old DSE890 MKI and an RS-485 connection in case it is of use to anyone else. The DSE890 MK1 does not implement ModbusTCP, like the newer DSE890 MKII.
