I have not programmed my multi yet (12/3000/120). I’m wondering if it’s possible to tell it to only pull a maximum of say 100A from the batteries. I’m aware of the AC input limit, but I’m wondering about DC. Thanks.

No, charge limits can be set, not discharge limits.
ESS can set an inverter limit but it isn’t supported in mobile applications or off-grid.
