I need to export data from à smartshunt to prove to the car dealership that there is a problem with the battery.

How Can i do that ?

Via Victron connect. The shunt has a history page.

ok, so you need some form of screen capture, connect does not have the capacity to share the data..

I need to export data to work it with Excel. I can not believe there no way to do that

You can, but need to write custom software to interface via VE-direct port, maybe others know how to do this over bluetooth.
