Hello, I had a camper van built and my builder is not able to help or answer questions as to why I am unable to get my system to connect with my bluetooth. When I picked up the van, it worked. However over the past month it has become less and less reliable. I have done what I have understood on the app’s help pages. I have tried to log in, however I get an invalid credentials. I have sent the link to do a password reset, however I am not getting anything from Victorn. Anyone have any way that I can get help from a real person rather than an app?
I suggest you contact an local official victron dealer, they might be able to help you
“Invalid credentials” and “link to email password reset” are VRM things, not bluetooth connection things. Make sure you’re in VictronConnect (not the VRM app) and you have VictronConnect tabbed to “Local” rather than “VRM”
