Connection of two inverters with different voltages: 120 volts and 230 volts

Hello, I encountered a problem connecting two different inverters: Quattro 230V 8kW and Multiplus 120V 5kW. My setup includes these two inverters, and I would like to use them for different consumers and different charging voltages. However, after assembling the system, both inverters do not work together. They are both connected via a twisted pair to Cerbo GX, but only one is displayed. Do you know what settings need to be adjusted for the system to work correctly?

Hi, you need to spend some time doing the training and brushing up on the manuals.
That is normal, they cannot “work together” and the GX only supports one system, the other will be seen for reporting only.
That is not strictly speaking a supported configuration, though some with the necessary experience have made it work.

Could you share what needs to be adjusted to make the system work correctly? If I disconnect one inverter from the Cerbo GX, the system operates, but I don’t see any data. Is there possibly a signal switch for twisted pairs or something similar?

I have the same situation on our boat and the only thing I’ve been able to do is connect the second charger/inverter to the Cerbo using the MK3-USB adapter. Then I can see it on the Cerbo as well as on the VRM Online portal. This allows access to both the Quattro and the Multiplus at the same time to program, update firmware, control, manage with a CAN-bus attached BMS - all the stuff. HOWEVER… the Multiplus (that goes through the MK3-USB) is not used in consumption calculations and kind of messes all that up. Can’t see anything about it in the main display on the Cerbo either. Need to go in to the devices list. Hopefully at LEAST a future update will correct the missing information in the consumption data. Would really make life better! I don’t need to see the separate AC voltage load data and all that even that too would be nice.
