Connecting the Linx distributor to the Cerbo GX?

Hi all

I am building a 48v system using
Victron MultiPlus-II 48/10000/140-100 230V
I have a Cerbo GX and a Linx Distributor.
Can I connect Cerbo GX and a Linx Distributor together using RJ cable.?
I am using pylontech batteries with built in BMS so no Lynx bms or shunt.
Also do I have to do the wiring thing again to get the fuse lights to operate on the Distributor ?
it seems a bit out of date to have to hotwire the distributor to get the fuse lights to work…!

Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers
Jere

The GX Connection is via a Lynx Smart BMS

But I don’t need a bms, the batteries have them built in.
Can I not just connect to cerbo using rj cable…?

No. It powers from the Lynx bms.
There is a hack to make the leds lights up, but use the information at your own risk as it is not officially supported.

Thank you,
Ive done the hack before…
Can’t see the point of having fuse lights that are not powered by the unit itself.
Pretty crap tbh victron…!

You can someone on the forum had a hack to report it back to the GX
